The objective of this program is to:
- Support our clients’ management system – learning and development element
- Provide our clients with guidelines on the skills and competences required for each job function at different job levels (Entry, Junior, Senior, Expert, Manager)
- Assess staff competence (Interview & Questionnaire)
- Identify staff training and development needs
- Demonstrate compliance with authorities requirements and legal framework
